How we handle your information.

Guest nominations

When you nominate a guest, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name and email, the nominee's name, job title, organization, level, sector, optional LinkedIn URL, suggested topic and your reasons. We use this information only to consider and contact potential guests for The Open Circle.

Nominations are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by the show and are visible only to the hosts. We do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for marketing. To have a nomination corrected or deleted, email theopencirclepodcastbyvp@gmail.com.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal information.

YouTube videos

Episodes are shown as thumbnails. A video player from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) only loads when you choose to play an episode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies from that point.
